5/16/08- Red's Departure
Yes, that day has finally officially come. For the most part, it had already happened.. just not officially. That day was pretty much the merging of psk and unmindz, for me. I feel very strongly that it actually killed both clans and, ironically made a smaller, different one. Very ironic since it was supposed to made both huge. Thats the point of a merger, right?
Anyway, right now I have absolutely no idea where psk (or upsk rather) stands. There hasn't been a single posting on the boards since March (myself included) so for all I know.. they could all be very active playing in ladders and whatnot. That could be communicated strictly through game conversation or even xfire. But, I really have no idea.
When I decided to give upsk a chance, I said I would wait and see how they would handle things in this new leadership.. But nothing was ever handled. No real "leader" was made and the boards just stayed in their basic state for, well, forever. I know that many of those guys just do it all for the game, which is something I personally always lacked. As much as I would play, it was NEVER to the level as some of those guys. Like Hand or Havok. But I did my best to keep the clan functioning outside the game, and for that I feel satisfied.
The new clan though, has zero function outside the game. And for all I know, zero function IN game as well. I really don't know. And so I have to walk away. And with my leaving, comes this site, since I ran it, and it's on my hosting name. I'm going to leave it up for a little while, but then just pull it all down, as it is a pointless use of space and bandwith.
There are a bunch of psk members who quietly left over the years and never told anyone. Some of them went off to other games, some of them just changed their name and pretended to be someone else, and some just vanished entirely and who knows what happened! I don't want that to be the case with me. Many of you guys were good fragging buddies and dare I say- friends over the years. So I'm not vanishing away. Nope. I'm done with the clan thing, and this site will vanish in time. but if anyone ever wants to reach me, those means of contact won't be changing.

We had a good run, and I had alot of fun. Many good times to remember, but this isn't the place myself and many countless others built up over the years, anymore.
It's time to move on. Until the next time..
